Camp Aramoni offers 11 safari-style tents to enjoy the highest level of hospitality wrapped into a secluded natural landscape. This campground is the first of its kind to offer breakfast & dinner and on-site activities.

When making your reservation, you can choose to pay in full or select the convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to the auto-bill payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing us at corrine@mactravelservices.com after you make your reservation, but you will still be responsible for making your monthly payment.

Monthly payments are a requirement. This ensures that vendors are paid on time.

Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking.

When you book, we will calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed.

Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.

Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.

Monthly payments are required on the due date or 5 days after the due date. If you miss 2 consecutive payments without notifying MacTravel Services, your reservation is subject to cancellation without notice or exceptions.
